Low Income Countries: Afghanistan, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo Dem. Rep, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Haiti, Korea Dem. People's Rep., Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Nepal, Niger, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Togo,Uganda, Yemen Rep.
In addition, we consider all Latin American countries as Low Income countries for registration to ISMET8.
Registration and Payment
Registration and payment of conference fees will also be handled by EASYCHAIR. Here is the LINK to ISMET8 on EASYCHAIR.
Login to your EASYCHAIR account, select registration (you MUST register first as an attendee) and then select payment (by credit card or bank transfer). Invoice is available to be downloaded. Payment receipt is sent by email and it can also be downloaded from your account once payment has been made.
The payment will available from April 8, 2022.
Deadline for EARLY BIRD savings: June 12, 2022.
Cancelation Policy
Participants are allowed to cancel their registration. Any cancellation of registration must be through EASYCHAIR. Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions:
Until June 15, 2022: Refund of registration fee minus bank charges and a 50 Euro administrative charge.
June 16 to July 15, 2022: Refund of 50% of registration fee.
From July 16, 2022: No reimbursement will be made.
Name Change - Substitution:
A registered participant unable to attend the symposium may nominate a substitute participant by notifying in writing (by e-mail) the Conference Secretariat, before 5 Sept 2022.
